Visit England Awards 2024

The Visit England Awards 2024 brought together 220 national finalists and industry leaders in Liverpool to celebrate excellence across the tourism and hospitality sector.

MSP was proud to deliver full event production and AV services for this prestigious national awards ceremony, creating a visually striking and seamlessly executed evening.
From initial design through to live show delivery, MSP provided comprehensive production management, technical direction, lighting, sound and staging — ensuring every element worked in harmony to support the scale and significance of the occasion

Innovative staging

At the heart of the production was a bespoke circular stage set, designed to create strong visual impact while prioritising accessibility. The custom build incorporated integrated dual unassisted access ramps, allowing all finalists and presenters to take to the stage with confidence and independence.

Three high-definition LED video walls formed a dynamic backdrop, giving the event a contemporary and immersive feel. The flexible screen layout allowed content to be presented creatively throughout the ceremony, enhancing the atmosphere and maintaining audience engagement from start to finish.

Creative Content

Working closely with the event organisers, MSP’s creative team developed a complete suite of visual content, including motion graphic backdrops, category idents and announcement videos.

These elements elevated the storytelling of each award presentation, crerating a highly engaging immersive auydience expeience and ensured a cohesive visual identity across the evening.

Technical Precision

Alongside the ceremony itself, MSP managed the technical delivery of live entertainment performances and supported a fully accessible live stream, including live signing to ensure inclusive remote viewing.

The result was a polished, high-impact awards production that received outstanding feedback from attendees and organisers alike — reinforcing MSP’s reputation as a trusted partner for national awards ceremonies and large-scale live events.

Video content integration

To ensure all attendees had a clear view of the action, two large-format LED screens flanked the stage, displaying live camera feeds, nominee content, and branded visuals.

Multiple angles of the action on stage were captured using a three-camera setup, with a live vision mix and graphics control ensuring smooth transitions and engaging real-time content delivery to the LED screens.
