Delivering safe, compliant events
At MSP, compliance underpins everything we do. From health and safety to data protection and right-to-work checks, we maintain robust standards that protect our clients, their audiences and our team.
Our approach ensures every event is delivered not only to the highest technical level, but in full accordance with regulatory and ethical requirements.

Modern Slavery Statement
MSP is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business operations and supply chains. We take our responsibilities seriously and are dedicated to acting ethically, transparently, and with integrity in everything we do.
Our Business
MSP provides technical and audio-visual production services for live events, installations, and creative projects. We work with a mix of directly employed staff and freelance professionals, as well as trusted suppliers.
Our Policies and Approach
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking. Our commitment is reflected in the way we recruit, manage, and work with our team and partners.
Due Diligence and Employment Practices
To ensure compliance with UK law and best practice:
- All directly employed staff must have full and valid Right to Work in the UK before starting employment.
- All staff are subject to DBS checks where appropriate for their role.
- All freelance and contract staff are required to sign a declaration confirming that:
- They are not involved in slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking.
- They comply with all relevant employment and human rights legislation.
We do not engage any individuals or organisations that fail to meet these standards.
Supply Chain and Partners
MSP expects all suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to share our values and uphold the same high standards of ethical conduct. We work only with reputable organisations and take reasonable steps to ensure our supply chain is free from exploitation.
Training and Awareness
We ensure that managers and those responsible for recruitment and supplier relationships understand the risks of modern slavery and are equipped to identify and report concerns.
Reporting and Whistleblowing
Any concerns relating to modern slavery or unethical conduct can be raised confidentially with MSP management. We encourage openness and will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern.
Our Ongoing Commitment
MSP is committed to continuous improvement in preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. We will regularly review our practices and update this statement as needed.
